Manufacturing Process of Medal for Race

1) Alloy die-casting: Alloy liquid mixture of zinc, aluminum, copper, and magnesium is injected into the mold and shaped to form the prototype. The metal part passes the EU ROHS and contains no harmful substances.

2) Finishing Medals: The rough material is molded by polishing and grinding to remove the excess part and make the embryo material finer.

3) Color plating: Semi-finished medals are chemically dipped and plated with brand new metal color. The medals are more durable after color plating and oil sealing.

4) Coloring: According to the customer’s approved design, the medals are coated with SGS-tested paint, baked enamel mixture or printed.

5) Assembly: The finished processed medals and other accessories are assembled and put into customized boxes for packing and shipping.

Can I choose my own medal packaging?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of custom medal packaging options such as Clear Poly Bag, Velvet Pouch, Velvet Box, Arcylic Box, Suspension Box, Wooden Box, Hard Paper Box. For bulk orders, we can also print your event logo or corporate message on the packaging.

What Type of Medal Can I Custom?

We can customize any style of medals. Almost any parameter of the medal can be customized; medal material, medal shape, medal style, prize type, medal size, medal color, etc., are all options.

What Type of Metal Material Do You Use for Your Medal?

We normally use high-quality metal materials, such as zinc alloy, brass, iron, aluminum and so on. These metal materials are all tested by SGS and comply with EU ROHS directive and SVHC test. By the way, for special materials, we have added new award materials such as acrylic, plastic, wood, stone, crystal, composite materials and other emerging medal materials.

What is the Medals MOQ?

The MOQ is 100pcs. We do accept lower quantities but the unit price will be much higher, considering the original cost in production.

Can I get a medal sample for review?

Yes, FREE medal sample can be sent to you (our stock samples), kindly note freight collect at your side. Could we have your express account like DHL/ FedEx /UPS?
