Color
We have a huge color library offering every possible option for coloring medals. Color selection is a critical step in medal making and it will determine the final finish of your medal. We recommend that you choose Pantone color cards for paint fills, or to a lesser extent, CMYK color codes.
Size
Before the mold is made, we need you to determine the design of the medallion, this will dictate the size and 3D effect of the medal. We make the design vector into a mold in order to create a highly accurate product based on the mold.Before the mold is made, we need you to determine the design
Ribbon
Ribbon is part of the medal and we usually offer 860 x 25mm size ribbon as an accessory to the medal. You can print your races and events on the ribbon. We can also offer a customized service if you need additional sizes.
Signature
We can engrave uniqueness into memorable medals. When your event calls for a unique prize, we can help you engrave the winner’s name on the plaque to make each one unique.
Custom Medals Manufacturing Process
1) Creative design: Transforming rough sketches or themes into detailed drawings and giving each part effect and color. Any design is unique.
2) Die Casting: Based on different metal materials, the medals are formed into rough embryos through stamping/casting. After polishing and sanding, the rough metal embryo becomes smooth and non-scratchy.
3) Surface Treatment: The treated embryo needs to be chemically attached to a metal film by electroplating/electrophoresis ( Spray painting involves spraying paint onto the medallion). Finally, an oil film is sprayed on the medallion to increase the metallic gloss and provide oxidation-resistant properties. All surface treatments are environmentally friendly.
4) Coloring: Hand or machine-injected Pantone colors into the medals. Some medals are given a different look by adding special paint ( Some medals need to be printed or lasered).
5) Assembly: The finished medal is assembled with ribbon, buckle and other components and then packaged for shipment.

You can customize any shape, size, style, and content of the award medals. Based on the material of the awards, we can supply gold medals, silver medals, bronze medals, zinc alloy medals, acrylic medals, plastic medals, wooden medals, crystal medals, pvc medals aluminium medals, iron medals, and special materials such as 3D printed medal, stone medals and glow in the dark medals.
How can I start a custom medal order?
Each medal is customized. We need to collect your ideas / pictures and dimensions and then make drawings / samples based on your requirements and theme. After getting your approval, we will provide you a quotation.
Ordering know needs 3 simple steps:
Step 1, Gather your artwork or ideas;
Step 2, Describe your organization details and special instructions (e.g. quantity, size, project type, etc.)
Step 3, Design samples and get your confirmation, provide a written quotation within 24 hours
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
We also accept smaller quantities, but given the original production costs and unit prices, we recommend that the MOQ is 100 pcs.
Will you supply free medal design service?
Sure! We supply FREE custom medal design service. And we allow up to 3 free revisions of the medal design, if this limit is exceeded we will probably charge some fees.
How do I determine my medal style?
You can choose your favorite style from our awards catalog and tell our sales manager about your theme and ideas. If you can’t find any suitable awards, you can contact our sales manager directly, all you need to do is to tell us the details and requirements of your event, our medal design experts will customize the awards you need.
How long will it take to receive my customized award design?
It usually takes 3-5 days, the exact time ultimately depends on the complexity of the artwork and the workload of the design team. Usually no more than 5 days.
How do you provide quality assurance?
